Design Process
The project began with research to understand the needs of the company's target audience. Through sketching and prototyping I shaped the new visual identity, followed by evaluations to refine the design. The final result was a professional and credible brand and website that supported both the company’s growth and the specific needs of its diverse users.

User Research
Who are the users and what´s their problems and needs? Through an interview with the CEO I found out that their target audience consists of two primary groups wvith different problems and whises: job seekers in healthcare and social work and employers looking for qualified consultants.

Employeers
Problems
Wrong people are hard to replace and can cause a lot of damage.
Wishes
Collaborative consultants fostering a positive environment.

Consultants
Problems
Wants specific assignments but lacks the network & connections.
Wishes
Flexibile, remote work with high salary and good conditions.
Finding insights
Employers need reliable consultants who fit well into teams while the consultants seek flexible and well-paid assignments but lack the connections. The new Identity & Design had to adress these problems and whises for both groups.
Information Architecture & User Flow
For making the user experience more seamless I created a clear information architecture and mapped out the userflows. This helped me to ensure that the navigation is intuitive from entry to action — whether the user is looking for a job oppertunity or submitting a request for staffing.

Creating the Visual Identity
To strengthen LMO’s digital presence I created a visual identity that reflects their core values. I incorporated a modern and professional color palette, logotype, clear typography and imagery featuring people, as the business is centered around human connections.

Key features - Consultants
I made an email sign-up for job alerts that´s available on multiple pages and helps the consultant users to stayed informed about new opportunities. The dynamic job listing instead provides a quick and easy access view of the currently avalible positions for the consultants.

Adaptive Design & Availability
A key part of the project was ensuring the website is accessible and works seamlessly across all devices. By implementing an adaptive design and following WCAG guidelines, I created a user experience that is easy to navigate, whether users access the site from a mobile, tablet or desktop.

Learning
Throughout this project I gained valuable insight into how in-depth research on the company's target audience lays the foundation for key design decisions. This understanding helped me shaped the information architecture, messaging and overall design choices to ensure that it aligned with both users needs and business goals.
